TOMSK, Jul 12 – RIA Tomsk. Scientists of Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) developed the basic device for the equipment used in cosmetology; this development will allow to create "clinics of beauty" even in remote areas, the manager of laser cosmetology and medicine TPU Nikolay Alekseev reported RIA Tomsk.
He explained that development is the device-base on which if necessary it is possible to install various medical tools used in cosmetology.
"Together with "Academy of Scientific Beauty" corporation we created a platform which, by the opportunities, and costs, according to the characteristics surpasses many European. It is the concept of "clinic on wheels" which includes a set of technologies. It is resource-efficient", - said Alekseev.
According to him, polytechnicians also offered a number of a know-how for accessories, in particular, the regulator of diameter of a spot of the laser is built in a platform (special nozzles are usually necessary).Alekseev noted that similar developments already exist abroad, however the Tomsk platform allows to add new "options" without additional expenses. In the future it will allow to solve any cosmetology problems.
So far it is planned to bring to the market the device in a starting complete set – with equipment for fight against vascular pathologies, pigmentary defects and for removal of tattoos. It is supposed that because of low price, compactness and opportunities for modernization, the device will be demanded for creation of cosmetic clinics not only in big cities, but also in the remote district – for example, in northern regions of the Russian Federation.
