"It is the only project in Siberia, the pilot project. By phone it is possible to obtain information about sights, hotels, locations, restaurants", – she told, having specified that the call is free in the territory of Tomsk.
Dialing the regional Unified tourist information system +7 (3822) 70-03-23, it is also possible to learn about medical services, sporting and entertaining venues, work of transport, beauty industry, objects for children, veterinary services, banks, accounting and legal services, festive agencies, psychological and rehabilitation centers, showrooms and other.
Kozub added that also on a phone number it is possible to listen to a free audioexcursion. For this purpose it is necessary to dial number of a sight specified on the card which can be received in the Tomsk Tourist Information Centre (TIC). Among objects – there are the Tomsk higher education institutions, Novosobornaya Square and Lagerny Garden, museums, monuments of architecture and more.On the website of TIC it is specified that help can both broadcast reference information, and to readdress a call on the organization rendering the declared service. Help is available by calling +7 (3822) 510-713, and also on the website of the center.
Earlier it was reported that the first TIC opened in Tomsk in June, 2015. It provides consultations and references to guests and residents about sights, tourist and cultural objects, and also about in what hotel to stop, in what companies to order excursions, where to buy souvenirs. In 2016 the Tomsk TIC entered top-5 the best information centers of Russia.
