Tomsk region supplied its production in 2016 to large companies among which there are Gazprom, Inter RAO and SIBUR, for the sum more than 6 billion rubles within implementation of "road maps", the press service of the regional administration with reference to the deputy governor on economics Andrey Antonov reports on Wednesday.
It is specified that the governor Sergey Zhvachkin signed "road maps" on expansion of use of production and technologies of the Tomsk region including import-substituting, with heads of Gazprom, Gazprom Neft, Inter RAO, Rosseti, SIBUR.
"Signing of the special investment contract with Gazprom became an important event for the industry of the Tomsk region. On the basis of the Tomsk electromechanical plant (TEMZ) modern production of the antisurge and control valves and electric drives to them will be created. The volume of investment into development of the Tomsk mechanical engineering will be about 1,5 billion rubles", – the press service quotes Antonov.
It is noted that in 2016 subsidiaries of PJSC Gazprom and PJSC Gazprom Neft bought the Tomsk production approximately for 3,5 billion rubles, in 2012 the first volume of deliveries of the Tomsk machine-building production made 300 million rubles. Last year the volume of deliveries of the region to the companies of the Inter RAO group made 1,4 billion rubles, to Rosseti and SIBUR – on 0,7 billion.It is explained that the special investment project (SIP) – is the tool of federal level on development and support of the industry. In total in Russia there are six such contracts; activity conditions for the investor and tax burden remain invariable, besides, federal and regional rates of income tax are nullified.
Earlier it was reported that Minpromtorg and Gazprom signed in 2015 the memorandum of creation on the basis of TEMZ productions of domestic antisurge and control valves and electric drives to them. In 2016 the company of Gazprom transgaz Tomsk successfully tested the equipment made on TEMZ, having confirmed all declared functionality of import-substituting production of the plant.
