TOMSK, 10 Oct – RIA Tomsk. Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Maxim Akimov agreed to head the working group of the INO Tomsk project instead of the predecessor Arkady Dvorkovich, the head of the region Sergey Zhvachkin reported on Wednesday at the meeting devoted to the strategy of development for the Tomsk region.
Earlier federal mass media reported that the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich left the post of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation in March 2018. After departure from the job he was elected the cochairman of Skolkovo Foundation. The former Deputy Chief of the Russian Government Staff Maxim Akimov took his place.
"(The Working group "INO Tomsk") was headed by the Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, and Maxim Akimov will head it now, he already agreed. The group of the INO Tomsk project will also have an updated structure", – Zhvachkin told, having specified that the new structure of the working group is approved at the level of the Government of the Russian Federation so far.
In addition, the governor of the Tomsk region reported that the new working group will have to correct "road map" of the INO Tomsk project, to include the new areas of work, for example, on digitalization of the large companies."We will range them (projects on digitalization): there are those which can be realized in 5-10 years, and there are also necessary, breakthrough – (for example) the "digital hospital" project. If to work well, then it will have result for all Russia in one or two years. However, all this should be "packed", – Zhvachkin noted.
Also during the meeting, the governor declared reset of the Strategy of development for the Tomsk region. "We will pay more attention to people with new skills of work in science and economy. For us it is a rate for a long-term outlook", – he emphasized.
Earlier it was reported that the Government of the Russian Federation approved the concept of creation of "The center of education, research and development" ("INO Tomsk 2020") in the Tomsk region in 2011. In August 2016 the prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev approved changes in "road map" of "INO of Tomsk": in particular, participation of the universities, scientific organizations and companies of the region in realization of the National technological initiative was expanded.
