TOMSK, Mar 24 – RIA Tomsk. EleSy Tomsk innovation company launched a new printed circuit boards production using surface mounting technology; this launch - is a result of a total modernization of EleSy production worth almost 100 million rubles, 69 million of which were allocated by the Industrial Development Fund (IDF), the press service of the regional administration said.
“In 2018, EleSy company received a soft loan from the IDF in the amount of 69 million rubles for the purchase of high-tech equipment. With the help of a soft loan, the company modernized and expanded the production department for the production of printed circuit boards and after reaching full capacity plans to produce up to 500 thousand printed circuit boards per year", - is said in the report.
The total budget for modernization of the enterprise, according to the regional administration, amounted to almost 100 million rubles. The main customers for printed circuit boards will be Russian manufacturers of electronic components: Gamma Research and Production Enterprise, Tomsk Plant of Electric Drives, Phoenix Contact RUS and Krasnoyarskenergokomplekt.
"We are constantly upgrading production. We are grateful to the Industrial Development Fund (IDF) for help in this. We have reorganized production logistics for new lines, created specialized zones. All technologies are automated, and automatic production lines are quickly reconfigured from one type of circuit board to another", - the press service quotes the technical director of the EleSy company Dmitry Petukhov.
The modernization of the EleSy company production - is the third project implemented in the Tomsk region with the support of the IDF. IDF programs provide access to preferential loan financing necessary for launching production of unique domestic products, as well as analogues of advanced international developments, emphasizes the report.
The EleSy company was founded in 1990 and is one of the leaders of the Russian market of industrial automation. In 2017 it entered the top 10 innovative Russian companies. It is a member of the priority project of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation "National Champions", and enters the innovative cluster "SMART Technologies Tomsk".
