TOMSK, Mar 19 – RIA Tomsk. IT-company Rubius from Tomsk has officially registered its trademark in the United States, where most of its customers and users of products are located, - a representative of the company told RIA Tomsk.
Earlier it was reported that Rubius has been developing engineering software for companies from Russia, the USA, Europe and Asia for over 15 years. Rubius is headquartered in Tomsk.
"Rubius (brand) is registered in the USA, where most of the customers and users of the products are located. Among them are IBM, Netflix, Tesla, Apple, Amazon, Adobe. The trademark registration process took two years. This time was spent on patent search, clarification of activities of the company, justification of the uniqueness of the brand, graphic and color design", the agency's interlocutor said.
She clarified that there is no talk of moving the company to the United States. By registering its trademark Rubius is expanding its presence on the international market.
