TOMSK, Aug 31 – RIA Tomsk. Three Tomsk athletes from Russian national team took prizes on еру Kickboxing European Championship in Spanish San Sebastián, the press service of the regional Department of Youth Policy, Physical Culture and Sport reports on Monday.
The championship was carried out from August 23 till August 30. The Russian national team was represented by more than 150 athletes, including Tomsk kickboxers Polina Seleznyova, Victoria Vorontsova and Mazakhir Shakhmuradov.
"Seleznyova acted in weight category of 56 kilograms, the resident of Tomsk won a victory over other sportswoman from Russia Aleksandra Koroleva in the final round and became the two-time European champion. Vorontsova took the second place in the final in category 52 kilograms, and Mazakhir Shakhmuradov became the third in category of 60 kilograms", – it is told in the message.
