TOMSK, Apr 26 – RIA Tomsk. Residents of the Tomsk special economic zone (SEZ) in 10 years of work have managed to achieve a lot: to begin deliveries of wound healing bandages to Africa and Gulf States, to create system of a radio communication for the FIFA World Cup in Brazil and to begin work on autonomous meteorological stations for the Arctic … The more distinguished companies of the Tomsk SEZ – in the RIA Tomsk material.
Tomsk SEZ, one of the five technology-innovative zones
of the Russian Federation, was officially opened on April 26, 2006. Currently,
SEZ residents are 67 companies; the main directions of their activity - IT and
electronics, medicine and biotechnology, nanotechnologies and new materials,
energy saving technologies. Since 2005, they produced products to 8.3 billion
rubles, it is exported to 145 countries.
800 joints per year
One of the oldest residents of the SEZ – "MOJE
Keramik-Implantate" ("daughter" of the German MOJE
Keramik-Implantate GmbH&Co.KG). The company makes endoprostheses of small
joints (fingers of a brush, foot, wrist), and also dental implants and
intervertebral disks from zircon-oxidic ceramics.
"Our revenue (in 2014) was 20 million rubles, and
now (following the results of 2015) – 25 million, it is the growth in rubles,
but in dollars have even not reached a last year's indicator. But we work with
positive, we gather experience, we develop new types of production", – the
director of the company Anatoly Karlov has told RIA Tomsk.
He has added that last year the company has let out
joints for 800 operations. This year their number is supposed to be finished
approximately to 1,6 thousand. Tomsk implants are applied in many regions of
the Russian Federation, experimental operations in India, Kazakhstan and
Kyrgyzstan are successfully performed, tests are carried out and registration
of endoprostheses in the USA is planned.

At the same time, according to Karlov, in a priority
of the company – to increase presence in the Russian Federation market.
Besides, in the next years the company plans to begin production of implants
for replacement of large joints.
"Opticians" for robots
CJSC "Elecard Devices" – one of the oldest
and most famous in Tomsk innovative companies - is working in a part of the SEZ
since 2010. The company for its activities engaged in the development,
production and sale of software and hardware for digital television.
In particular, its digital set-top boxes were demanded
both in the Russian Federation, and abroad, and the SEZ helped to bring the
goods for export. But because the price of import analogs was lower, production
couldn't keep for a long time in the market.
According to the head of the company Victor Shirshin,
now the company in this segment was reoriented on the consoles helping to
measure a rating of broadcast; the price of "Elecard" devices is
lower, than at similar devices. They are bought by the profile companies, in
particular, to the countries of Europe and Latin America.
Creation of systems of technical sight became one of
the new areas of work of the company in recent years. And experts of
"Elecard Devices" work on such a system which will allow the robot to
see the same way as a human, through the video image. Such a technology can be
demanded, for example, for unmanned aerial vehicles or cars with the autopilot.
"Due to original algorithms we plan to make the
system more effective at smaller consumption of capacities. <…> For
example, for the full movement of the car on an automatic pilot it is possible
to lay additional infrastructure, but these are huge expenses. And if to teach
the car to be guided as a human, then there is no necessity for modernization.
It will be able to define signs, a marking, to go round obstacles", –
Shirshin has specified.
Bandage for Africa and Asia
The "Akvelit" company specializes, in
particular, in production of wound healing bandages which are developed by
Institute of physics of durability and materials science of the Siberian Branch
of the Russian Academy of Science.
The wound healing bandage influences the infected
wound by a physical method, without use of antibiotics. It as the magnet, takes
away from a wound microorganisms due to effect of electropositive sorption. As
a result, wound can be healed quicker, there is almost no hem left, and the
bandage doesn't cause accustoming or an allergy and can be removed without
serious consequences.
According to the director of the company Natalya
Kirillova, to the bandages existing earlier (for treatment of burn, purulent
and chronic wounds, the part from which was for professional, and part – for
household application) were added professional medical materials for dental
application and gynecologic disks. For 2015 the company has delivered about 500
thousand bandages, including – for approbation.
She has noted that now in bandages of "Akvelit"
are interested in Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, India, South Africa, and
recently potential partners from Australia were contacted with the company.
Besides, in 2015 "Akvelit" has signed the contract with the company from
the United Arab Emirates through which it plans to arrange deliveries to Gulf
States.
Against thieves and fires
The Stels scientific and production enterprise which
makes "intellectual" systems of protection and the fire alarm system
became the first resident of the SEZ which has constructed and put own case in
operation. In the case the office of the company and production lines allowing
to release up to 150 thousand devices a year were located.
The press service of the company has noted that
security stations and systems of fire monitoring "Stealth" are used
in the Russian Federation and abroad. In particular, the Tomsk equipment has
equipped objects of Sberbank across all Russia: it is recommended for
application in this organization for protection of personnel, ATMs, terminals,
pavilions and other objects.
"Thanks to a number of own unique technologies,
"Stealth" production holds technological leadership in the Russian
market of security systems among systems for the centralized protection of
professional level. Separate technical solutions still have no analogs in the
market of security systems", – have noted in the press service.
"Microwave" for asphalt

LLC "EcoDor" (the enterprise of an
innovative belt of Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building) in 2010
has got a grant on creation of energy saving installation for repair of asphalt
concrete coverings with use of energy of ultrahigh frequencies.
In other words, the staff of the company creates
peculiar "microwave" which will evenly warm a roadbed, without
damaging it and facilitating repair work. The Russian road builders don't apply
yet of such technology, though it is known that its use does repair is more
better. In Europe asphalt is warmed, however for this purpose is using infrared
elements which burn out the top part of a cloth.
Work on "microwave" is conducted in parallel
with development of mixes for repair of roads which are suitable for conditions
of Siberia and northern regions. Pilot lots of mix were already tested by road
builders of the Kemerovo, Irkutsk and Tomsk regions, and also the Yamalo-Nenets
Autonomous Area.
"Mixes are suitable for maintenance – for
example, eliminations of holes up to five square meters. On tests we applied it
at minus 25-30 degrees, the main thing is not to make that mix frozen ahead of
time", – the director of the company Alexander Bazilevich has told RIA
Tomsk.
Now the company has begun construction of the
laboratory and production case on the SEZ Southern platform where it plans to
arrange production of both mixes, and microwave installations.
"Predictor" of weather
LLC "Sibanalitpribor" – is the enterprise
which is engaged in a putting to the market and a mass production of the
devices created thanks to scientists of Institute of monitoring of climatic and
ecological systems (IMCES) of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of
Science.

The company was included into the SEZ of Tomsk with
the project of portable meteorological complexes. The ultrasonic meteorological
stations developed by Tomsk scientists differ in compactness (find room in an
army backpack), small weight – only 1,5 kilograms, and also an opportunity to
work independently (some models do without service within a year).
One sensor can determine at the same time force and
the direction of wind, turbulent characteristics, air temperature, humidity,
pressure and other parameters.
According to the deputy director of
"Sibanalitpribor" Vladimir Korolkov, main "client" of the
company is the Russian army – representatives of any troops need to understand
what weather waits for them soon. Besides, special devices are developed for
the Arctic.
The equipment of the Tomsk company is installed on
spaceports - at Baikonur it works in the skilled mode, at the Vostochny
spaceport enters into complex system of meteorological observation.
"At the spaceport the main thing that is required
from the equipment, – is the reliability. But the same is required also for
military meteocomplexes. Therefore both to troops and to the spaceport there
are devices manufactured on the same technologies", – have marked out
Reguluses.
Heavy-duty houses
"Stroytekhinnovation TDSK" (STI TDSK) – the
only resident of the Tomsk SEZ which specializes in construction technologies.
In particular, specialists of the company together with the scientists of Tomsk
State University of Architecture and Building (TSUAB) have developed a complex
of technologies for construction of high-rise buildings with high parameters of
energy efficiency and seismostability – up to 9 points.
Scientists have created technology at which the
vibration going from the earth is extinguished by the special rubber-metal
layer located between the base and other part of the house and also thanks to
an internal design of walls. The first house on this technology is planned to
be built in Tomsk in 2017.
Besides, in STI TDSK the technology of express
construction is developed: it assumes construction of houses from constructive
elements, factory fabricated. At the heart of technology – new knots of
interfaces of elements of a framework (columns and crossbars) which at the
expense of the design provide the accuracy and convenience of installation that
allows to build quickly qualitative houses in any weather conditions.
In April, 2015 own case of the company on the SEZ
Southern platform has been put into operation. It was supposed that it will
become corporate R&D-центром
of head enterprise – Tomsk House-Building Company (TDSK) where resource-saving
technologies of construction and new building materials will be developed and
implemented.
The catalyst for pampers
LLC "NIOST" – is the structure of the
largest petrochemical holding of Russia "SIBUR". For last 10 years
specialists of the company have developed dozens of new brands of polypropylene
and polyethylene for production sites of holding. Part of materials – are
phthalate free, so – harmless to environment.
"Such property as a phthalate free is more and
more demanded by consumers in the European Union countries. <…> (In a
portfolio of "SIBUR" have appeared) polypropylene brands, for
example, for the "nonwoven fabrics" segment which are applied in
production of personal hygiene means, are used in the medical purposes at
production of pampers, medical disposable clothes", – have specified in
the press service of the company.
It is noted that the phthalate free property is set to
polymer in the course of its synthesis. Especially for release of such brands
on three platforms of holding where polypropylene is issued, – in Tomsk,
Tobolsk and Moscow – with participation of experts NIOST phthalate free catalysts
have been introduced.

The software of Tomsk "Elcom +" is used for
the production of Motorola Solutions company which lets out systems of a
technological radio communication. The Tomsk software allows to expand
functionality of the equipment: to define location, to write down negotiations,
to contact one object or the whole group.
Thus, the "Elcom +" software is used by the
divisions of the UN delivering food in zones of emergency situations worldwide,
intelligence agencies of Chile and Thailand, at the airports of Irkutsk,
Yekaterinburg, Belgrade and Miami, and was even applied at several stadiums
during the FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
The CEO of the Tomsk company Evgeny Teplyakov has told
RIA Tomsk that this year "Elcom +" is planning to enter the markets
of North America – the USA and Canada.
All-seeing eye
Tomsk "subsidiary" of the Moscow Lianozovo
Electromechanical Plant, a resident of Tomsk Special Economic Zone LLC
"LEMZ-T" is engaged in development of "an intellectual
stuffing" for its control systems of air traffic. The algorithms developed
in Tomsk allow to accelerate considerably work of system and to make it more
precisely, having reduced the level of hindrances, and also to increase range of
work of a radar.
"It's both civil radar, and military. Very big
order was during the Olympic Games in Sochi. The entire Caucasus ridge, the
entire coast of the entire Sochi were closed by our radars. On several echelons
it has been blocked. And our experts were on duty there as this is our
software. Now they are (radar) in many regions", – the director of the
company Yury Svetlichny has told.
Besides, the software of "LEMZ-T" has
allowed to create the first meteoradar which "sees" turbulence.
Several years it is established in the different cities of Russia.
"It (meteoradar) allows to look through in
different directions on 500 kilometers air space on existence of storm streams,
to define – what it is: a storm, cumulonimbus cloud, with the hail or with the
snow. And it much increases forecast accuracy. In Russia there were no such
equipment before", – Svetlichny has told.
According to him, such accuracy managed to be reached
thanks to the special probing signals which, being reflected from
meteoeducations, allow to receive a real picture, and to Tomsk algorithms of
processing which with high precision distinguish the necessary signal from
hindrances.
