company "Akvelit" signed the agreement with Indian "Optimed
Sales and Distribution Network Private Limited"; document assumes delivery
from Tomsk to India about 200 thousand of innovative wound healing bandages a
year, the representative of Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI)
reported RIA Tomsk on Tuesday.
Bandages are
developed by Institute of physics of durability and materials science of the
Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Science and have for the first time
appeared in the market in 2011. In a bandage the physical method of influence
is used: it as a magnet takes away on itself microorganisms from a wound due to
effect of electropositive sorption. As a result a wound heal quicker, there is
almost no hem left, and the bandage doesn't cause accustoming and an allergy
and without serious consequences is removed.
"The member
of Tomsk CCI and the resident of the special economic zone LLC
"Akvelit" by the results of work lasting with assistance of CCI
several years signed the agreement with the Indian partners for exclusive sales
of bandages on the Indian market. This is about 200 thousand sales of bandages
a year to India", – the interlocutor of agency reported.

It is specified
that Indian "Optimed Sales and Distribution Network Private Limited"
represents the interests of the large supplier of medical products to India,
Malaysia and Singapore. The agreement was the result of meetings and
negotiations between representatives of LLC "Akvelit" during business
missions to India.
"We looked
attentively at the Indian market long ago and carried out during the business
missions organized by Tomsk CCI, not one negotiations with the Indian
businessmen. For our company the agreement with the Indian partners opens
access to one of the most large markets of the world", – the head of the
"Akvelit" company Natalya Kirilova noted.
Earlier it was
reported that Tomsk bandages are imported to South Africa, Vietnam, Poland, the
United Arab Emirates, Gulf States and others.
