student's projects "How to improve my campus" will take place in
Tomsk at the end of November; organizers expect new architectural or design
concepts and other ideas which can improve life of inhabitants of dormitories,
the press service of administration of the Tomsk region reports on Wednesday.
It is specified that the competition will take place from November 23 to
November 25 within the I international forum of the university cities in which
representatives of Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Norway and France will
participate. The administration of the Tomsk region and the Tomsk state university act as organizers of the competition.
"The competition is held in two nominations – "New view"
(architectural and design projects) and "Successful start" (realized
or close to realization projects, which result became or has to be new
production (goods, service) placed and having demand on territories of
campus)", – is said in the message.
It is noted that also within the action there will take place the photo
contest in the nomination "Look from within" accepting photos showing
campus life with all the advantages and disadvantages.
It is added that among partners of the competition are – Campus France,
"Alyans-Fransez-Novosibirsk", DAAD, Consulate general of Germany in
Novosibirsk, Fund of development of small and average business of the Tomsk
region. Partners will award special diplomas the students speaking German or
French.
Also it is reported that projects on the competition are approved till
November 8 in administration of the Tomsk region (Lenin Square, 6, office 454,
