TOMSK, Jan 18 – RIA Tomsk, Alyona Hlestunova. Five Tomsk universities will
receive nearly 230 million rubles in total from the federal budget on
accomplishment of scientific projects within the state tasks in 2017, it is
reported on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian
Federation.
"The Ministry of Education and Science of
the Russian Federation <…> defined additional resources to universities
on implementation of scientific (scientific and technical) projects, which
subjects scientific (scientific and technical) councils of institutions define,
according to order of determination of the size of a subsidy for financial
security of performance of work in the sphere of science within the state tasks
in 2017", – it is said in the message.

It is noted that
Tomsk State University (TSU)
will receive 109,1 million rubles, 40,2 million from them are for targeted
support of research associates and 68,9 million are for accomplishment of
scientific projects.
Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) will receive 65,9
million rubles (23,9 million and 42 million respectively) for the same
expenditure items,
Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR) – 47,2 million rubles (10,3 million and 36,9 million
respectively).
1,5 million are allocated to Tomsk State
University of Architecture and Building (TSUAB) for scientific projects. Tomsk
State Pedagogical University (TSPU) will receive 3,2 million on the same
purposes.
"Thanks to additional resources the
universities will be able to support researches at an initial stage of life
cycle, to create a scientific reserve and to continue further development of
scientific results via tools of scientific funds, federal target programs by
the time of end of projects, to provide interaction with enterprise
