Tomsk. The Moscow-based LLC Monolit-Stroy became the only
applicant for one more part of assets of bankrupt CJSC Timber Processing
Complex Partner Tomsk (TPC "Partner Tomsk"), and will buy a complex
of buildings and constructions in Tomsk for 730 million rubles, is reported on
the website of the federal register of data on bankruptcy on Thursday.
Earlier it was reported that the lot included about 30
objects located on the Kuzovlevsky road in Tomsk (warehouses, shops, canteen,
water treatment and sewer stations and others), as well as the section of the
highway and the right of rent of three land plots (two on the Kuzovlevsky road
and one in the Zyrian forest area of the Tomsk region). The initial price of
lot made 730 million rubles.
"The decision was made to conclude a bargain and
sale contract for lot No. 2 with the sole bidder, LLC Monolit Story <…>
at a bid price. The bidder is not an interested person in relation to the debtor,
creditors, or the receiver. The receiver, and also SRO, of which the bankruptcy
trustee is a member, do not participate in the participant's capital", –
is reported on the website.

It is specified that the company is registered in
Moscow. According to the USRLE, its founder is the organization registered in
Cyprus, as well as the founder of the TPC "Partner-Tomsk".
As previously reported, Monolit-Stroy was also the
only participant in the first auction, for which the property of the TPC
"Partner Tomsk" was exposed. According to the register of bankruptcy
information, the company signed an agreement worth more than 0.5 billion rubles
for the purchase of 384 movable and real assets objects, as well as unfinished
construction (including warehouses, bridges, household and office equipment).
CJSC TPC Partner-Tomsk was entered in 2010. The
logging enterprise and the plant on production and lamination of MDF plates
were a part of plant. By 2014 it was planned to construct the plant of oriented
strand boards (OSB) worth 120 million euros and capacity of 250,000 cubic
meters boards in a year, but the enterprise went bankrupt, since December, 2015
bankruptcy proceedings are opened.
