23 – RIA Tomsk. Tomsk Electromechanical Plant (TEMP) is completing the
construction of a new production line, where import-substituting blowoff valves
for Gazprom enterprises will be produced, the press service of the regional
administration said on Friday.
Earlier it
was reported that within the framework of the agreement with the leadership of
the Tomsk region and TEMP, Gazprom will create by mid-2017 on the basis of the
plant a high-tech production of blowoff and adjusting valves and electric
drives which will be used by the holding's structures. It was specified that
Gazprom will invest 1.5 billion rubles in the project, but will receive tax exemptions
on profits and property enlisted to the treasury of the region.
"The
Tomsk Electromechanical Plant ... will soon begin mass production of
import-substituting antisurge valves. They are designed to regulate the flow of
gas and liquids at hydrocarbon production and transportation facilities and
will be supplied for the production needs of Gazprom", – is said in the
message. As the source familiar with the situation specified RIA Tomsk,
production will be started in September.
The release
also notes that within the framework of the gasification program of the Tomsk
region in 2017, Gazprom plans to begin construction of six inter-settlement gas
pipelines and two gas distribution stations (GDS) in Asino, Zyryansk,
Pervomaisk, Tomsk and Shegarsk districts. The design of the gas pipeline to the
village of Starokuskovo with the tap to the village of Novokuskovo of the
Asinovskiy district was also started.

Earlier it
was reported that cooperation of the enterprises of the Tomsk region and
Gazprom within the framework of the "road maps" began in 2013. Thanks
to it in 2016 the Tomsk enterprises delivered to Gazprom group of companies the
equipment and materials for 3,5 billion rubles at the expense of what
production of machinery and equipment grew in the region by 12,4%.
