(TSU) are able to get the second diploma in distance program of bachelor degree
"business and management" of London School of Economics and Political
Science of the University of London; it become possible thanks to the fact that
TSU became teaching institution of the London university, TSU press service
reported.
It is explained that the status of
teaching institution is given to TSU at special council of the English
university. TSU became the fifth similar platform of the University of London
in the Russian Federation and the only beyond the Urals. The others are in
Moscow: Higher School of Economics (HSE), International College of Economics
and Finance of HSE, Financial University under the Government of the Russian
Federation and Russian Academy of Justice.
"The University of London
confirmed the status of teaching institution for TSU. It means that the students
who entered TSU will be able to study in parallel according to the program of a
bachelor degree "business and management" of London School of
Economics and Political Science of the University of London. The students who
joined the program will study remotely and get diplomas of TSU and the
University of London", – the interlocutor of the agency reported.

It is noted that training of the
students of TSU wishing to get the second diploma starts since 2018 on the
basis of Institute of Economy and Management, and admission starts in the
spring of 2019. It is possible to pass entrance examinations in the specialized
language centers, next to Tomsk is in Novosibirsk. Final examinations can be
passed through the similar centers worldwide.

degree) of the University of London has the international recognition and opens
ample opportunities for future career. The education got in one of the most
prestigious institutions of the international class is a good start for
talented students", – the director of the Centre for Joint International
Academic Programmes Olga Maslennikova is quoted.
The University of London is the
second the university in Great Britain for number of students. It is founded in
1836. Includes 17 self-governed colleges (universities) and 10 specialized
research institutes, over 170 thousand students study there.
