RIA Tomsk. Residents of the Tomsk Industrial Park invested
800 million rubles in the creation of facilities at two sites; three residents
plan to launch production in 2018, the deputy governor on investment policy
Yury Gurdin told journalists on Thursday.
Earlier it was
reported that construction of the industrial park "Tomsk" sites – "Severnaya"
(for machine-building enterprises) and "Berezovaya" (for the food
industry) – began in 2013. On the "Severnaya" four resident companies
are registered: LLC "Metallurg", "NPO ReaSib", JSC
"Sibstalkonstruktsiya" and "Stirex", on
"Berezovaya" – three companies: "Ecofood", "Siberian
Nut" and "Organic Soya Product".
"Today
seven resident companies are registered in the industrial park. On the
"Severnaya" platform "ReaSib" and "Metallurg"
will start production in 2018. On "Berezovaya" will start its
production "Organik Soya Product" (in 2018)... Investments of residents
(of the industrial park) – is 800 million rubles", – Gurdin said.

Gurdin estimates
that the total investment of the companies "ReaSib" and
"Metallurg" on the "Severnaya" site of the industrial park
is about 500 million rubles. Investments of "Organic Soya Product"
and "Ecofood" he estimates at 300-350 million rubles.
Earlier it was
also reported that the "Berezovaya" site was introduced in 2016,
"Severnaya" – in May 2017. Investments in the construction of the
industrial park amounted to 1.2 billion rubles, 250 million of which – is from
the regional budget. It was noted that with taking into account the interest of
potential residents, the sites could be completely filled in five-seven years.
