TOMSK, Apr 5 – RIA Tomsk. The educational project "Sozvezdie"
("Constellation") of the Micran innovative company, Tomsk Physics and
Technology Liceum (TPTL) and Tomsk State University of Control Systems and
Radioelectronics (TUSUR) is ready for replication throughout the country, the
speaker of the Legislative Duma of the Tomsk region Oksana Kozlovskaya said at
a meeting of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation Federal
Assembly for Education and Science and the Legislation Committee of the
Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR).
Earlier it was reported that on April 4-5, 2018 in Tomsk, there took
place the visiting meeting of the Council of Legislators of the Russian
Federation Federal Assembly for Education and Science and the Legislation
Committee of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR). The main
goal – is to develop legislative measures to create in Russia a system of
continuous training of highly qualified personnel for the digital economy.
The educational project "Sozvezdie"
("Constellation") for creating a "through" educational
trajectory lyceum-university-enterprise works in Tomsk for two years.The
unified for TPTL and TUSUR department of engineering training provides a
continuous educational trajectory for talented students from school to work in
the company ... This technology is ready for replication on the scale of
Russia", – Kozlovskaya said.

As explained by the deputy director general of Micran Valery Kagadey,
the "Sozvezdie" ("Constellation") project assumes the
creation of a through educational trajectory for talented students TPTL – TUSUR – Micran. Training is provided on individual educational trajectories, which
are supervised by the employees of Micran.
"We are supporting a three-stage structure -
lyceum – university – enterprise. Micran created the departments in the Tomsk
Physics and Technology Liceum (TPTL) and TUSUR. This is not releasing
departments, they provide additional education ... The technology of project
group training is used. Starting from 2-3 courses, lyceum students and students
of TUSUR form groups and implement real production projects", – he
explained.
According to him, the program of through personnel training for the
company was successful. In 2018, the scholarships of Micran were got by
11 students of TPTL (10 thousand rubles) and six school students (1,5
thousand). Previously, the holders of the Victor Günter scholarship (the
creator of "Micran") were only university students.
