Tomsk UDI succeeded to the second round of American show of talents

TOMSK, Jun 20 – RIA Tomsk. Tomsk UDI dance-team successfully performed in the first round of the America's Got Talent TV-project and passed in the following stage of the competition, one of founders of the team Denis Vishnyak reported to RIA Tomsk on Wednesday.

Earlier it was reported that the Tomsk UDI dance-team became the finalist of the Russian project "Minute of Fame", of the TV-competition Britain's Got Tallent-9 in the 2015th, and got the second place in the anniversary show "Minute of Fame" in the 2017th. In the spring of the 2018th residents of Tomsk submitted the application for participation in the American America's Got Talent project. "UDI" have made the known performance "Show of Light and Darkness".

According to the interlocutor, the premiere showing of the new season America's Got Talent on the channel NBC started on May 29. The first stage of the contest was filmed in the spring, and the program with the participation of the Tomsk team was aired on Tuesday. Taking into account the time difference video of Tomsk citizens appeared on the Internet only on Wednesday.

"We got into the second stage, and there are five. Reaction of the audience and judges is visible on the video. They, of course, were surprised. The founder of this show Simon (Cowell), who was in jury and in England at the competition Britain's Got Talent, told that he remembers us and is glad that we continue to fight further and we show the creativity to already western public – American", – Vishnyak told.

He noted that "UDI" would make new performance in the second stage, which still hasn't been shown anywhere: ""We prepared it specially. It is in the dark too. However, it is a modern history. It is Zhenya's history from Krasnodar. The guy who also participates in our team, he has one leg".

The interlocutor added that the shooting of the number for the second stage of the contest has already passed. The program with the next performance of the Tomsk citizens will air approximately in July.
