TOMSK, 10 Sep – RIA Tomsk. Participants of Siberian State Medical University (SSMU) workshop present at the U-NOVUS forum the implementation plan for the "Digital Hospital" project in the Tomsk region; in the work will take part about 100 people, the press service of the regional administration reported on Monday.
Earlier it was reported that the digital hospital – is a hospital which will work with the use of integrated digital technologies. All information will be systematized, which will allow doctors and employees to promptly receive information about the patient and make out the documents. SSMU plans to create such a hospital on the basis of its own clinics and is already developing the concept of the project and specific technologies.
The press service notes that the participants of SSMU workshop on the U-NOVUS forum for three days will work on the "Digital Hospital" plan implementation in the region – the first in Russia "digital medical technology range".
"The participants will develop a strategy for implementing the project on the territory of the Tomsk region, form a primary portfolio of projects and an integrated road map, identify possible barriers and ways to solve them, identify potential partners", – is said in the report.

The participants of the sessions will be representatives of IT, pharmaceutical and insurance companies, private clinics, the Ministry of Health, as well as specialists in the design and data processing – about a hundred people. The co-organizer of the workshop – is the Center for Strategic Research "North-West" Foundation.
Earlier it was also reported that SSMU plans to create the "Digital Hospital" project as a part of the program for the development of the digital economy and the implementation of the Strategy of Scientific and Technological Development (SSTD) of Russia. The U-NOVUS forum of new solutions will be held in Tomsk on October 11-13 within the framework of the model implementation of the SSTD pilot region.
