RIA Tomsk. Participants of workshop "Digital solutions
for "smart" cities" which takes place within forum U-NOVUS-2018
started development of concept of new smart services for small and average cities
on instructions of LLC "Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions" (part of
Rosatom state corporation), press service of Tomsk State University (TSU)
reported.
Earlier it was reported that
the forum U-NOVUS takes place on October 9-13 in Tomsk. Its program includes
platforms of new formats instead of traditional panel discussions, round tables
and reports: workshops, networking, design sessions, art residences.
Representatives of the large Russian companies, teams of the universities and
scientific organizations, technological business, participants of School of key
researchers will meet there. Workshop "Digital solutions for
"smart" cities" started in TSU on Wednesday.
"Workshop "Digital
solutions for "smart" cities" takes place within the forum of
new solutions U-NOVUS. Its participants develop a concept of new smart services
for introduction to the small and average cities. "Rusatom Infrastructure
Solutions" provided the task for the workshop", – it is said in the
statement of the press service of TSU.
It is specified that the staff
of IT companies, administration of Tomsk and representatives of the
universities works on the task. "Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions"
expects to receive a concept of smart services with indication of tasks which
solutions these products have to provide in the cities of the Tomsk region.
Also participants will have to estimate the expected effects of introduction.
It is added that the results
of the workshop will be summed up on October 12 on closing of the forum.
As the press service reports,
TSU and the companies of Tomsk initiated creation of a cluster Smart City
within alliance Smart Technologies Tomsk. Participants of the cluster plan to
introduce technologies of "smart city" in Tomsk. An example of work
of the alliance is creation of the integrated resource – "Technical
vision: a line of cross-market products for air, land and sea pilotless
devices".
