© с сайта Томского политехнического университета TOMSK, Jan 18 – RIA Tomsk.Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) starts a new cycle of open lectures for pupils of the 9th and
11th classes – the "University Saturdays" project on Saturday,
January 19; residents of Tomsk will be able to attend free classes personally,
and online broadcasting will be available to pupils from other cities, the
project manager Elena Lisichko reported to RIA Tomsk on Friday.
"University Saturdays" is the TPU project
which brings together hundreds of school students within the last several years
on free classes in the university in several subjects: physics, chemistry,
mathematics and informatics. For participation it is necessary to undergo simple registration.
"Classes are focused on children who will pass
the Main State Examination and the Unified State Examination: experements, plus
solving of problems of the increased complexity will be shown during the
lectures. We will bring together residents of Tomsk in our large chemical and
physical audience, we will open broadcasting on the website for
non-residents", – Lisichko told.
She added that applications for remote access for
"University Saturdays" already arrived from Krasnoyarsk, settlements
of the North of the Tomsk region, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.
"The physics and chemistry starts for six
Saturdays since January 19. The mathematics for six Saturdays since March 9.
The computer science for four Saturdays since April 13", – the
interlocutor of the agency specified.
According to her, visit and listening of lectures is
free.
