Tomsk kinetic plasticine Zephyr will begin to be sold on the largest Chinese marketplaces, such as Taobao, director of LLC New chemistry Anastasia Eremina reported to RIA Tomsk; according to her, interest in import goods in China is huge now, and partner intends to promote the Tomsk product in the territory of the whole country.
"Our company signed the first export contract for sale of kinetic plasticine Zephyr in China. In November we participated in the China International Import Expo exhibition in Shanghai as a part of the stand of the Russian Export Center (REC), we found the partner. Zephyr made a furor! Participants and guests of the exhibition highly appreciated its uniqueness and antistress qualities, and we found the partner who will represent our brand in China", – Eremina told.
She specified that the partner will exclusively present Zephyr on the Chinese platforms of Taobao.com, Tmall.com, 1688.com and JD.com. Negotiations with other distributors are also actively conducted. "The market of China is huge, and there is a trend on import goods now. Let's not speak about volumes yet, but our partner is interesting that he is going to promote our brand in all territory of the country", – Eremina added.
According to her, now the Tomsk kinetic plasticine is on sale in the USA, Canada, Germany, Armenia. "When we enter a new market, we try to choose partners who work with online platforms, now it is even not a trend, but need. The sphere of purchases smoothly (or it is already avalanche) passes from offline into online", – Eremina told.

In February residents of Tomsk will participate in the world's largest exhibition of toys Toyfair in New York, they expect what thanks to new packing and expansion of target audience Zephyr will enter the global market.
"It is considered that it is difficult, long and expensively, to adjust export in our sphere, one or two years are necessary on average. It is quicker with support of REC. As our product is inexpensive, the first parties can be small and as soon as the first contract in the new country is signed, work on positioning, marketing and promotion of goods begins. It is difficult though, but it is incredibly interesting: we look for approach for each country concordant to mentality", – Eremina summed up.
