TOMSK, Feb 7 – RIA Tomsk. Resident of "Severnaya"
("North") platform of the "Tomsk" industrial park LLC
"Research and Production Association "Reagents of Siberia" (RPA
"ReaSib") completed a plant of chemical reagents production for
drilling muds; investment amounted to 300 million rubles, the deputy governor
for investment policy Yuri Gurdin told journalists on Thursday.
Earlier it was reported that the RPA "ReaSib" in 2017 received the
status of a resident of the industrial park "Tomsk". The company
planned to implement in the territory of industrial park a project for the
production of low viscosity oil for drilling muds used in the oil and gas
industry. It was expected that the production will be commissioned in 2017.
"The construction of a chemical reagent production plant for drilling muds of
the "ReaSib" enterprise is completed. This is the first production
created at the "Severnaya" ("North") platform of the
"Tomsk" industrial park ... The total investment for the project was
300 million rubles, 15 jobs were created", – Gurdin said.

He noted that the company is already make products, an official launch of
production will take place in the near future: "In fact, they are already
make products ... But now they are working with Rostekhnadzor (Federal Service
for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision) to finalize the official
launch. The enterprise is ready in full, there are some issues which they have
to regulate".
LLC "Research and Production Association "Reagents of Siberia"
(RPA "ReaSib") existed since 2001 and specializes in the production
of chemical reagents. It's a resident of the Tomsk SEZ. Earlier it was also
reported that the company opened the first phase of production of
import-substituting lubricant additives and reagents for the oil industry in
the territory of SEZ.
