Tomsk. The screening of the documentary "Long Way
Home" and a meeting with its director Alexej Getmann will be held in Tomsk
on Wednesday, February 13, at the entertainment center "Aelita"
within the framework of the week of the cinema of Russian Germans, the
representative of the Russian-German house Olga Bogdanova reported RIA Tomsk.
“The screening of the
"Long Way Home" film will take place in "Aelita" (Lenin
Avenue, 78) on February 13 at 18:00. This is a documentary about integration,
about how Russian Germans came to Germany in the 1990s and were considered as
Russians”, - Bogdanova reported.
She clarified that the
tape is in German and will be accompanied by Russian subtitles. After viewing
the picture everyone will be able to talk with the director Alexej Getmann and
ask him questions.
Screening of
documentary films will be held within the framework of the "German Film
Week" project, initiated by the International Union of German Culture. A
detailed program of the shows can be found in the group of the youth club of
Russian Germans of the Tomsk region Immerjung in the social network
"VKontakte".
