Tomsk. The Inter RAO Group completed the procedure for the
repurchase of shares of minority shareholders and consolidated 100% of the
shares of Tomsk Power Supply Company PJSC (Tomskenergosbyt), is reported on
Thursday on the website of Inter RAO.
According to the
information and analytical system SPARK-Interfax, until recently Inter RAO
owned 95% of the shares of the PJSC Tomskenergosbyt company.
"The companies of
the Inter RAO Group consolidated 100% of PJSC Tomskenergosbyt shares on their
balance sheets upon completion of the buy-out procedure from minority
shareholders ... The consolidation of PJSC Tomskenergosbyt meets the Inter RAO
Group strategy in terms of ensuring an optimal ownership structure and
improving asset management", – is said in the statement on the website of
Inter RAO.
PJSC Tomskenergosbyt is
a guaranteeing supplier on the territory of the Tomsk region. According to the
company's website, currently Tomskenergosbyt serves 457.7 thousand individuals
and 13.1 thousand legal entities. The company was established as part of the
restructuring of JSC Tomskenergo.
