Earlier, the RIA Tomsk reported with reference to the Vice-Rector for International Affairs of Tomsk State University Artyom Rykun that the university prepares military interpreters from the Portuguese language for work at enterprises of the military-industrial complex (MIC) within the framework of cooperation between Russia and Brazil.

"The Portuguese language - is three countries: Portugal, Brazil and Angola. Brazil - is a military-technical market. Brazil with us, with Russia, cooperates, in particular, in the field of aeronautical engineering. And a military translator - is not necessarily a person who is on the line fire. He can also work at the enterprise, producing equipment", - Rykun said.
