Tomsk. The
tour operator "Rus-Tour" plans to start a flight program to the
Chinese island of Hainan from Tomsk from the end of October, and from November
"Anex Tour" will provide Tomsk citizens with opportunity of a direct flight to the Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc, the head of the Association of
Travel Agencies of Tomsk Olga Sevostyanova told RIA Tomsk.
"Since October 2019,
the "Rus-Tour" tour operator has been entering us with a flight
program in the direction Tomsk – Hainan (China). NordStar airline will fly once
a week in this direction. Tomsk citizens can choose a rest period of seven, 14
or 21 days. The first flight to Hainan is scheduled for October 29", –
Sevostyanova said.
She clarified that unlike
the infamous "Zhemchuzhnaya rechka" ("Pearl River") tour
operator, which in 2018 began flights from Tomsk to the Chinese island, but was
later excluded by the The Federal Agency for Tourism from the single federal
register, the tourism community has not yet complained about the
"Rus-Tour".

"Of course, I cannot
say that this tour operator is 100% reliable. However, this company has been
flying from Novosibirsk and Kemerovo for a long time, and there were no reproof
addressed to them. <...> I think that in general this direction will be
popular for Tomsk citizens. Moreover, from October on Hainan is set a very
comfortable weather for recreation", – she added.
According to Sevostyanova,
direct flights to the Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc will also begin for the
first time from Tomsk this fall.
"Until now Tomsk
citizens have had the opportunity to fly directly only to the Vietnamese city
of Nha Trang, now the island of Phu Quoc will also appear. The tour operator
"Anex Tour" set the first flight on November 6. Flights will be
operated on airplanes of the AZUR air airline", – the interlocutor of the
agency said.
She added that in addition to new destinations,
Tomsk citizens in the autumn-winter period will still be able to directly fly
to rest in Thailand – in Pattaya and to the island of Phuket, as well as in Nha
Trang (Vietnam).
