TOMSK, Sep 30 – RIA Tomsk. Young scientists from Vietnam, China, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Russia came to Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) to discuss technologies of the new generation. What developments young people offer for biotechnology and rational use of natural resources – in the material of RIA Tomsk.
On Monday, September, 30 the II International Youth Congress "Modern Materials and Technologies of New Generations" started on the basis of the School of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies of TPU.
Within the framework of the Congress, which will last until October, 5, the VIII International Scientific and Technical Conference of Young Scientists, Postgraduate Students and Students "High Technologies in Modern Science and Technology" and the International Scientific and Technical Youth Conference "Promising Materials of Structural and Medical Purpose" will be held.

"The conference on promising materials is intended, first of all, to involve scientific youth in solving problems in the interests of the industry of the Tomsk region, the West Siberian region, the Arctic zone of Russia", – Maria Zaytseva, Secretary of the School of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies of TPU says.
The organizers expect that the result of this conference will be cooperation of Russian and foreign scientists to carry out research in the field of modern high technologies. About 300 young specialists will be able to agree on cooperation: 270 Russian students, masters and postgraduate students and 30 representatives of Vietnam, China, Ukraine and Kazakhstan participate in the event.

"Participants from Russia came from the Altay Krai, Buryatia, Volgograd Region, Krasnoyarsk Region, Irkutsk, Moscow, Chelyabinsk Regions, Kabardino-Balkaria and many other regions", – the interviewer said RIA Tomsk.
In the field of medicine young scientists will discuss options of use of modern technologies for improvement of osseointegration, biochemical and biomechanical compatibility of the bone replacement materials and endoprostheses. These questions are relevant for development of the personalized approach to prosthetics in clinics of the Tomsk region, scientific research institute of oncology of the Tomsk National Research Medical Center RAS and the Siberian State Medical University.
"In terms of structural materials, the topics for discussion will be projects in the field of creation of new layers and coatings of various purposes, technologies for production and use of nanomaterials, control systems, achievement of modern nonlinear mechanics, as well as achievements in the field of study of patterns of behavior of complex environments and processing of materials," – Zaytseva explained.
High technology
The conference "High Technology in Modern Science and Technology" is held annually in the Tomsk Polytechnic University since 2012. Participants will discuss developments in the field of modern organic chemistry and biotechnology, achievements of modern optics and laser technology.
"The conference will be attended by at least 250 young scientists, postgraduate students and students from Russia and near and far abroad. The organizers pay special attention to attracting young people from abroad. This is necessary for the integration of Russian young scientists into the world scientific community", – Zaytseva commented.

The work will be organized in sections: chemical technologies and biotechnology, rational use of natural and man-made minerals and water resources, photonic technologies and light engineering, modern technologies in mechanical engineering, new materials and technologies in the space industry.
