Tomsk. Tomsk product company (TPC) SAVA entered into a
contract for the supply of honeysuckle products to the United States; in 2019,
an experimental batch of marmalade was sent across the ocean, the technologist
of the company Alena Chernenko reported RIA Tomsk on Thursday.
"We concluded an agreement on the delivery of honeysuckle products
to the USA. This is marmalade from honeysuckle. And it was not we offered, and
they requested this product, – Chernenko told.
She added that the first experimental batch of marmalade had already
been delivered to the United States. "The volumes of deliveries are planned
to be large – about 40 tons every 2-3 months," – the agency's interviewer
said, without specifying for what period the agreement was concluded.

Earlier it was reported that scientists of the Siberian Botanical Garden
of the Tomsk State University and TPC "SAVA" will create the first
industrial plantation of honeysuckle in the Tomsk region.
TPC "SAVA" was founded in 2000 on the basis of greenhouse
complex "Kuzovlevsky." It specializes in the production of food
products from wild plants of Siberia. The main directions are food of mass
demand, functional food and semi-finished products for industrial production
enterprises. In 2018, SAVA concluded an agreement to export its products to
China from 2019.
