TOMSK, Nov 28 –
RIA Tomsk. The cost of patent for work in
the Tomsk region of foreigners from neighboring countries in 2020 will increase
by 400 rubles and amount to 4200 rubles per month, such a decision was made at
a meeting of the Regional Duma deputies; the region plans to receive 16.6
million rubles of additional revenues from this, the RIA Tomsk correspondent
reports.
Earlier it was
reported that the cost of a labor patent for foreign citizens in the Tomsk
region in 2019 was 3800 rubles. According to the website of the Regional Duma,
for the 9 months of 2019, the migration service issued 5672 patents, the amount
of tax revenues under this article to the consolidated budget of the region at
the moment is 122.4 million rubles.
"The draft
law provides for an increase in the regional deflator coefficient. As a result,
the monthly cost of a patent for foreign citizens engaged in hiring activities
in the Tomsk region will increase to 4200 rubles per month", – speaker
Oksana Kozlovskaya said at the meeting of the Regional Duma.
When calculating
the cost of a labor patent for migrants, the expenses of the regional budget
for the provision of emergency and emergency medical care to foreign citizens,
for the maintenance and training of their children in kindergartens and schools
were taken into account (in 2018 – about 66 million rubles, data for 2019 are
not yet available).
"Additional
budget revenues from personal income tax from the income of foreign citizens
working on the basis of a patent can be about 16.6 million rubles per year.
Personal income tax receipt to the budget of the Tomsk region from (recipients
of labor patents in 2020, it is estimated to be) 174 million rubles", – is
said in the materials of the Regional Duma.
Deputies
supported the bill unanimously.
