effectiveness of Russian universities, prepared by the National Foundation for
Support Innovation in Education, the university's press service said on Monday.
"TSUAB entered the second league out of five,
occupying the 18-30th place among all non-capital universities ... The high

of applicants, internationalization and developed scientific activities", –
the report says.
As the representative of TSUAB explained to RIA Tomsk,
the places in the ranking were distributed in this way, since 13 participating
universities scored the same number of points.
According to the press service, the ranking is
compiled annually by the National Foundation for Support Innovation in

Experts evaluate Russian universities in terms of the
USE of applicants, share of postgraduates in the number of students, number of
foreign students, university revenues from research and development (R&D),
as well as the publication activity of the university, the report explains.
Earlier it was reported that TSUAB in 2020 confirmed
the indicators in the largest national rankings of higher educational
institutions – the university occupies the 60th position in the Interfax
ranking, in the Expert RA ranking – the 79th, and in the list of the best
universities of the Russian Union of Rector – 59-74 place.
