TOMSK, Dec 18 – RIA Tomsk. "Radio Siberia" and China Radio International (CRI) signed the cooperation agreement, which provides an exchange of radio programs and development of joint information space; there was the first program about Tomsk region in China on December 17, the press service of CRI-Media holding reports.
It is specified that the document was signed on December 17 of 2015 in Beijing by the chairman of the board of directors of Radio Siberia holding, the CEO of Interstate corporation of development, the vice-president of the Russian-Chinese business council Ivan Polyakov and the CEO of CRI Van Gennyanom.
"The agreement provides development of joint information space, an exchange of radio programs, organization of language and regional geographic training in the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China for specialists of radio stations. Each party undertakes to provide to the partner 30-minute programs created in language of listeners. Releases will be devoted to questions of economy and culture", – it is told in the message.
It is specified that the premiere took place on December 17. The program about Tomsk region prepared by the staff of "Radio Siberia" went on the air of the Chinese radio. For the Russian radio listeners within the cycle "Your Reliable Partner" the Chinese colleagues will tell about Beijing. "Radio Siberia" assumes obligations to facilitate dissemination of the large CRI multimedia project "Hello, China!" in Russia."Russia and China come to a new level of strategic partnership, which further development is confirmed by the basic arrangement on interface of the Eurasian integration to the Chinese initiative of "The Silk Road Economic Belt," – Polyakov is quoted by the press service.
"Radio Siberia" began a broadcasting in 1992 and became the first private musical and information radio station in Tomsk. The radio station was included into Omsk holding JSC MKR-MEDIA in 2014. Now "Radio Siberia" broadcasts in nine cities of Siberian Federal District: in Tomsk, Omsk, Chita, Ulan-Ude, Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk, Gorno-Altaisk, Bratsk, Nizhnevartovsk.
