TOMSK, Dec 21 – RIA Tomsk, Karina Sapunova. Six new companies with the declared volume of investments of 1,3 billion rubles are among residents of the Tomsk special economic zone (SEZ), among projects are development of robotic complexes on the basis of technical sight, element base of premium class and "indicators" for school students, press service of the region administration reported.
"The Expert Council under the chairmanship of the Deputy Governor on Investment Policy and Property Relations of the Tomsk region Yury Gurdin approved requests of potential residents of the Tomsk SEZ with the declared volume of investment more than 1,3 billion rubles. <…> Taking into account the new companies 70 residents will work in the Tomsk SEZ", – it is said in the message.
It is specified that LLC Ambit will develop more effective installations of induction heating for industrial enterprises, LLC INTEK Industry Systems will create production of motherboards of a premium class for domestic and foreign server systems, LLC Telebriz will be engaged in the software for digital television of new type.
The Center of Biometric Systems project assumes creation of the system which will ensure safety of schools and will allow to monitor movement of children by means of radio tags. "Popkov Robotics" creates the complexes allowing to master programming of systems of technical sight for robocars. LLC TREM Innovations specializes in development of the locking regulating fittings and its components for pipelines.
According to the region administration, 163 workplaces will be created during the projects realization. Annual tax assignments of these companies will constitute 70 million rubles by the time of an exit to full capacity.It is added that the Expert Council also made changes to agreements with the acting resident – the Solveig Multimedia Company which is entering into Elekard group of companies and expressed desire to extend a resident status.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation delegated to the Tomsk region powers on management of the SEZ from federal level. In due time the region suggested to transfer a part of functions on management of the economic zone to the regional level, in particular functions of the customer of a construction. Powers shall pass to the Tomsk authorities in the summer of 2016; actually the right to manage the SEZ is getting at the beginning of 2017.
