TOMSK, Sep 6 – RIA Tomsk. Football school "Junior" began preliminary sale of own tokens JUNO; it is planned to attract 18 million US dollars from cryptoinvestors to development of school in five macroregions in Asia and Africa and to its transfer to a blockchain, the president of DI Group (owner of the brand) Igor Kovalyov reported to RIA Tomsk.
Investors from Asia
Earlier it was reported that the football school "Junior" appeared in Tomsk in 2013. It is developed generally on franchising model and already became international: now the network includes 420 schools in 21 countries where 40 000 children from 3 to 14 years study, more than 1500 trainers teach. The cost of a franchise has grown five times in three years.
"Preliminary sale of own tokens "Junior" – JUNO started in September. The first buyers are professional cryptoinvestors from Asia: I visited Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Saigon and Hong Kong in August where I met local cryptocommunity and told about the project. The international company Priority Token acted as an organizer of Road Show", – Kovalyov told RIA Tomsk.
The threshold was made minimum for private investors – it is possible to make purchase, starting from one ethereum (it is equivalent to about 300 dollars). Income, as expected, will consist of growth of cost of tokens further. Open sale of JUNO starts in October.
Equal conditions
According to Kovalyov, attraction of investments through the cryptoexchange is chosen generally by startups, but also the recognizable brand had good reasons to receive money in cryptocurrency and to transfer processes to a blockchain (which is inseparably linked with cryptocurrency). Because the basic principles of system – openness and stability.
"Thanks to these principles all franchisees will be on an equal terms, despite of political and other features of the country. For example, currency transfer to nonresidents is forbidden in Egypt, and our partner is forced to use "Western Union" for payment of a royalty as the natural person … Also the blockchain will allow us to create the objective ratings of schools and to make management processes transparent", – Kovalyov explained.
He told that investments will be attracted under development in five macroregions: Shanghai (China), Delhi (India), Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Oman), Lagos (Nigeria), Vietnam. The object in tokens is set for everyone, for example, for Shanghai and Delhi it is necessary to collect 2,5 million dollars, for Vietnam and the Middle East – on 5 million. In total – $18 000 000 (or 562 500 000 tokens).
"As soon as the target sum for the macroregion will be collected, the active campaign for expansion will begin there. There are schools of "Junior" in all listed countries, but, considering population density, the prospects of these markets for us are huge", – Kovalyov summed up.
