The plenipotentiary ambassador of the Netherlands in Russia Ron van Dartel works now in Tomsk. He already met the management of two higher education institutions – SSMU and Tomsk State University (TSU).

"We don't have such experience (students exchange with the Netherlands – the Edition) at the moment, but we exchanged contacts, and I hope that after today's meeting we are on the right track. We have such programs with other countries, in particular, with Germany, India, Egypt and other countries, but it isn't as wide as we would like. I hope that soon we will make up for it", – Kobyakova told.
