TOMSK, Jun 1 – RIA Tomsk. All-Russian charity campaign "Smile — 2016" will take place in Tomsk from 1 to 8 June, the specialists of the Tomsk SRI of microsurgery, with colleagues from India and Irkutsk will operate children and adults with different defects of the face and extremities, the doctor-surgeon Andrey Baytinger reported RIA Tomsk.
Earlier it was reported that the scientific research institute of microsurgery of Tomsk won a grant of regional administration of 500 thousand rubles on carrying out the campaign "Smile — 2016" during which plastic surgeons will give help to patients with malformations, deformations and defects of maxillofacial area, extremities, a nose and nasopharynx.
"On the first of June at 9:00 the opening ceremony of the All-Russian mission for children with the congenital and acquired defects of the person and extremities will take place "Smile – 2016". Since 9:30 will begin surveys and consultations of patients, and also selection for expeditious treatment ", – the interlocutor of agency told, having noted that the action this year takes place for the 15th time.
He specified that for participation in the action via the website of the scientific research institute of microsurgery more than 50 people from Tomsk, Omsk, Irkutsk, Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Yurga, Novokuznetsk, Sevastopol, Nizhny Novgorod, Barnaul and Kazakhstan were registered.
"We will help all: both to children, and adults who have congenital and acquired anomalies of development of maxillofacial area and extremities. Besides, the unique laser will be involved in the action, with its help it is possible to treat, for example, vascular tumors – hemangioma", – Baytinger added, having specified that help to patients will also be given by doctor Partkha Sadkhu from India and Olga Belykh from Irkutsk.
