Moscow company "Assmann Beraten+Planen"; customer – company Novaport –
estimated the cost of works at 75 million rubles, reported on Monday on the
official portal of public procurement.
Earlier it was reported that Novaport Company (operates Bogashevo Airport)
announced a tender for the selection of a designer of the new airport complex.
The maximum price of the design works is 75 million rubles, and the total cost
of construction (according to the materials of the tender documentation) should
not exceed 1.6 billion rubles.
"Based on the evaluation and comparison of the submitted applications
for participation in the auction (for the design of the new terminal complex of
the airport "Tomsk") to recognize Assmann Beraten+Planen LLC the
winner of the purchase", – the auction’s final protocol says.
According to the auction materials, six companies took part in the auction.
In addition to the winner, applications for participation were submitted by the
SRI CA Airport, JSC New Aviation, LLC Spectrum-Holding and CJSC Signy Group.
It is expected that after reconstruction the building of the Tomsk terminal
will increase by 5 thousand square meters. Among other things, the new terminal
building should allow the use telescopic ladders to land and disembark
passengers.
According to SPARK-Interfax, Assmann Beraten+Planen is a Russian branch of
the German ABPInternationalGmbH. Registered in Moscow in 2001. 24% of the
management company belongs to the Russian "Fininvestimport" (owner
Christina Yermakova). According to the results of 2018, the company brought a
net loss of 47.3 million rubles.
