TOMSK, Nov 6 – RIA Tomsk. The Chinese company Huafu Medical Group will help to provide serial release of Russian Tomsk innovative medical devices, the deputy director on innovative activity of scientific research institute of cardiology, Professor Shamil Akhmedov told to journalists on Friday.
It was reported earlier that the Tomsk scientific research institute of cardiology became the initiator of creation of the BRIKS-Biomed international consortium which purpose will be an implementation of innovative projects and researches in the field of biomedicine. Within a symposium on the first results of activity of consortium scientific research institute of cardiology signed a contract with the large Chinese company Huafu Medical Group which produces medical equipment.
"We have a lot of Russian developments which need serial release. So far it is difficult to release them in Russia. The Chinese party is ready to provide the areas in China to release this production, thus, we cooperate with the world community", – Akhmedov told.
According to him, the institute will select perspective development of medical devices in the territory of the Russian Federation to release them in the territory of China.
In turn the scientific research institute of cardiology of Tomsk will carry out an expert assessment of the diagnostic equipment which Huafu Medical Group releases, and give an official conclusion and recommendations about its further operation in the territory of the Russian Federation. It is about a X-ray, ultrasound devices and bedside monitors.
"Our leading experts will test the equipment, make recommendations what is good and what is bad, after that the Chinese party has to correct, and then we give an official conclusion that we recommend this equipment for distribution across Russia", – Akhmedov noted.
As it is reported on the site Huafu Medical Group, the company is one of the leading world suppliers of medical devices. Thanks to cooperation with research institutes – Zhejiang university and Chinese academy of Sciences – the company is engaged in innovations in the field of medical electronics, medical visualization and medical biomaterials.
