TOMSK, Aug 2 – RIA Tomsk. "Tomskneftekhim" (TNH, the enterprise of SIBUR) finished planned stopping repair within which, in particular, finished the modernization of production of polymers, the employee of the press service of TNH reported RIA Tomsk on Tuesday.

Earlier it was reported that modernization on "Tomskneftekhim" started in 2014, all expenses are estimated at 11 billion rubles. As a result production of polyethylene of the low density (LDPE) on "Tomskneftekhim" will grow from present 240 thousand tons to 270 thousand, polypropylene – from 130 thousand to 140 thousand tons. And the enterprise will let out new specialized brands of polymers, which are now imported from abroad.

"We have successfully finished the first and the only project in Russia within which deep reconstruction of the LDPE installation is carried out. It will allow to let out modern, qualitative brands of polyethylene for various branches of economy and will reduce dependence on import", – is quoted in the message the CEO of the Tomsk platform Maxim Rogov.

It is noted that the production exit to design capacity is planned for the fourth quarter 2016. Are modernized or replaced with new all main technological knots of polyethylene of low density.

"Two extrusive lines (JSW, Japan) and the line of pneumotransport (Coperion, Germany), two installations of hydraulic oil of a high pressure (BHDT, Austria), three refrigeration units (JONSON CONTROL, Germany), transformer power substation (Schneider Electric, Russia) are put into operation", – explained in the press service.

It is added that during the annual stopping repair which come to the end at the enterprise the new equipment was installed, expertizes of industrial safety of technical devices, buildings and constructions are carried out, works on replacement of mechanisms and knots, cable lines in the process control system and another are performed.
