According to the press
service, the signing of documents between universities is planned in April. At
the same time, it is expected that the number of alliance members will grow.
The authors of the initiative hope that over time it will turn into a platform
for conducting of civil dialogue between Russia and Spain in various fields.
"So far there are
no Spanish students at TSU, but already more than 20 students from Hispanic
countries in Latin America. And Spanish students themselves may be interested
in studying with us, just like Italian students now. Cooperation within the
framework of the alliance will develop not only in the humanities and language,
but also in the field of technical sciences", - the vice rector of TSU for
international affairs Artem Rykun commented.
He added that within
the framework of the alliance is planned an exchange of students for those
disciplines that are interesting to all parties, summer and winter schools, and
further - scientific interaction or joint programs.
