TOMSK, Jun 6 – RIA Tomsk. Tomsk JSC Agrarian group agreed about purchase of two pig-breeding enterprises in the Kemerovo region – Chistogorsky agricultural industrial complex (AIC) and JSC Slavino; after reconstruction it is planned to increase the general capacities of these complexes to 45 thousand tons of pork a year, the press service of agroholding reported on Thursday.
According to the press service, JSC Agrarian group has poultry farm and three meat processing plants now as a part of five pig factory farms. The enterprises are located from the Urals to Transbaikalia. The total production of pig factory farms following the results of 2018 was 152 thousand tons of pork in live weight.
JSC Agrarian group reached the agreement and signed documents for purchase of AIC Chistogorsky. The agreement on acquisition of JSC Slavino (the pig-breeding shop and 5,000 hectares of arable lands) is in parallel reached", – it is said in the statement. The sum of transactions is not specified.

It is noted that the Federal Antimonopoly Service coordinated purchase of 100% of a share of AIC Chistogorsky and the transaction on acquisition of the real estate, the equipment and livestock of JSC Slavino. Since June 3 the new management started operating activities at AIC Chistogorsky.
It is added that potential production capacities of two Kuzbass pig factory farms are 15 thousand sows a year. It is in plans of the management of the holding to carry out their sanitation and reconstruction and to replace a livestock with high-pedigree. It will allow to increase the outputs by the end of 2020 to 45 thousand tons of pork a year.
According to the analytical system SPARK-Interfax, Agrarian group is registered in 2000 in Tomsk. Anatoly Rybsky is the CEO of the company, Andrey Tyutyushev is the main beneficiary. The proceeds from sales following the results of 2017 were 6.05 billion rubles, net profit – 1.19 billion rubles.
