IT-company Rubius has launched the investment fund Rubius AdVentures, with the
help of which it will invest 50 million rubles annually in domestic start-ups,
deputy governor Andrei Antonov reported in his Facebook page.
"Rubius launched the investment fund Rubius
AdVentures. The company plans to invest 50 million rubles annually in the most
interesting start-ups throughout Russia. <…> The authors should propose a
project that solves the current problem of consumers, has a scalable business
model. It is also preferred to have MVP, minimal team and readiness for first
sales. IT and hardware-solutions are in the priority", – Antonov wrote.
He adds that the graduates of the accelerator
"Big Intelligence. Tomsk" will be the first to receive money from the
fund. You can apply to the accelerator before October 5 on the
razvedka-tomsk.ru website.
Rubius is a Tomsk IT company specializing in engineering
software development. Earlier it was reported that it closely cooperates with
the Tomsk State University, in particular, the company together with the
university opened the first master's degree in virtual reality and a course on
machine learning. In addition, Rubius is one of the organizers of the DevPRO IT
conference, which has been held annually in Tomsk since 2013.
