RIA Tomsk. Inter RAO purchased products
of Tomsk enterprises for almost 1 billion rubles in 2020; Tomsk Governor Sergey
Zhvachkin agreed with the head of the energy holding Boris Kovalchuk to
intensify cooperation, the press service of the Tomsk region administration
said on Monday.
According to the
release, Zhvachkin met with Kovalchuk at the Moscow representative office of
the region, discussed the implementation of the joint roadmap in the field of
import substitution, the prospects for the development of Tomsk companies that
are part of the energy holding, as well as issues of improving client services.
The parties agreed to intensify cooperation.
"By the end
of 2020, Inter RAO purchased high-tech equipment and materials from Tomsk
companies for almost a billion rubles. Of course, the events of a leap year
could not but affect the pace of development of our cooperation, but in the new
year we will definitely get it up to speed", – Zhvachkin is quoted in the
message.
According to the
governor, the products of Tomsk plants, technological developments of the Tomsk
high-tech business and universities are successfully used at the production
power facilities of the holding. " We have new proposals" , – he
added.
Earlier it was
reported that the regional administration and Inter RAO signed the first
cooperation agreement in 2014. In 2018, Zhvachkin and Kovalchuk signed a new
roadmap, it is designed for 2018-2022 and involves the expansion of the use of
products and technologies of Tomsk companies for subsidiaries of Inter RAO.
