As Izvestia reported, Putin previously spoke about the initiative to create a "Pushkin card" by which young people aged 14 to 22 years old will be able to visit cultural institutions. It is expected that it will be possible to use the card from September to December 2021, as well as next year. The state will provide financial means. Thus, for four months will be granted 3 thousand rubles.
