Mar 16 – RIA Tomsk. The student of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics (TUSUR) Jasprit Riar has developed system, which will allow
the robots, which are used at schools, to define distance to objects, level of
illumination and air temperature, the press service of the HEI reported on
Wednesday.
"For
rather short period of time Jasprit Riar has developed part of modules and has
created payments with a laser iron of technology for the project. The software
for interface of modules of an electronic educational set developed by Jasprit
Riar will allow to connect to robots additional sensors of temperature and
humidity, pressure, distances, illumination", – it is said in the message.

It
is explained that Riar has arrived to Tomsk on training from the Indian
university SRM University. Together with scientists of the department of
complex information security of electronic computing systems TUSUR he works on
the Electronic and Educational Set project (EES) – the robotic designer for
children.
"These
abilities (ability of EES to "feel") will allow us to create mobile
laboratory systems, which will be used in educational process on the basis of
wheel robots and will allow school students to make multiple experiment and to
obtain statistically significant data on environment", – the associate
professor Yulia Loboda is quoted.
It
is emphasized that the advanced set will help to interest school students
during lessons.
