"Tomskneft" investment program will grow in 2016 up to 22 billion rub

TOMSK, Jul 1 – RIA Tomsk. JSC "Tomskneft" VNK (subsidiary of JSC "Rosneft" and JSC "Gazprom Neft") intends to increase in 2016 the investment program up to 21,7 billion rubles, that is by 73% compared to last year, follows from the report of the company for 2015.

According to the materials of the company, last year's capital investments of the enterprise totalled 12,55 billion rubles.

"The total amount of investments planned for 2016 – is 21,71 billion rubles. <…> (From them) on a complex of the social programs directed to a covering of losses of the social sphere, financing of the actions provided in the collective agreement and also corporate programs – in the volume of 864 million rubles", – is said in the message.

It is specified that other means are aimed at the development of the production and actions which ensure reliable functioning of the enterprises. The biggest investments – 8,53 billion rubles – are supposed to be made in development drilling. According to forecasts, it will allow to increase oil production on 593,6 thousand tons.

It is added that 2,58 billion more rubles will be spent on branch hole kickoff of wells that will also allow to increase production volumes – on 142,3 thousand tons. More than 497 million are planned to be invested in the gas program providing the use of 95% of associated oil gas.

JSC "Tomskneft" VNK is the owner of 25 licenses for oil and gas production on fields of the Tomsk region, seven licenses for a right of use of a subsoil in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra. Besides, "Tomskneft" is an agent on development of two license sites of JSC "NK Rosneft". "Tomskneft" on a parity basis is owned by JSC "NK Rosneft" and PJSC "Gazprom Neft".
