"Tomsky" will create two dairy farms in the Tomsk region and will
restore bankrupt economy where bred cows Herefords, by 2021, the CEO of
agroholding Vladimir Tissen reported RIA Tomsk on Tuesday.
Earlier it was reported that the Tomsk region and the Chinese-Russian
company on development of agriculture (China) signed the memorandum on
cooperation – the Chinese investor plans to invest till 2030 in agro-industrial
and fish complex of the region about 50 billion rubles. In particular, in the
village of Kislovka it was planned to construct a dairy farm on 2,5 thousand
head. According to Tissen, plans have changed.
"We have carried out the board of directors with the Chinese
shareholders. In development plans for 2017-2018 – is the realization or the
beginning of implementation of several projects. The total amount of
investments by 2017 will be within 450 million rubles", – the interlocutor
of the agency told, having noted that the company counts on funds from
investors from the People's Republic of China, the credits and state support.

He specified that at the end of this year it is supposed to buy back a
meat farm in Pervomaisk area with 140 Herefords from bankrupt agroholding
"Siberia". On its base by 2019 it is planned to create the 1 thousand
fodder cows Herefords meat economy, the total number of herd will make 2630
head. The cattle is supposed to be bought on domestic farms. The volume of
investment into this project in 2017-2018 is estimated at 435 million rubles.
Tissen noted that in 2019 it is has to start dairy farming on 2,6
thousand head (the general trail – 6,3 thousand head) in the village of
Mazalovo of the Tomsk district, in 2017 will begin its design.
He added that till 2021 it is planned to create one more dairy farm on
the basis of agrarian and industrial complex "Pervomayskoe". To
prepare a food supply for the cattle, it is necessary to return laylands into
agricultural turn. At the first stage 175 million rubles will be invested in
the project. After it will become clear on what quantity of cows it is possible
to create a food supply, both the size of a farm, and total amount of
investments will be defined.
