TOMSK, Oct 19 – RIA Tomsk. The "Gazprom Neft" company
plans to sell a share to 49% in the Tomsk structure LLC
"Gazpromneft-Vostok", reported on Wednesday with reference to sources
in branch "Kommersant".
"Gazprom Neft" looks for investors on shares to 49% in the
Tsarichansky field (the license at "Gazpromneft Orenburg") and
"Gazpromneft-Vostok", two sources in branch told
"Kommersant". Both the Russian, and foreign investors are considered,
but the source of "Kommersant" in branch says that sale of assets to
the foreign companies is most probable", – is said in edition material.
According to Valery Nesterov from Sberbank Investment Research which
provides the edition, the decision on sale of assets is connected with the fact
that the company is interested in steady growth rates. It needs considerable
investments for the main projects: developments of fields in the north of
Siberia – Messoyakhi, Novoport, Chonsky, Prirazlomnoye.
"Therefore the company endows shares in the least attractive to it
assets which need to be developed too, the expert says. Tsarichanskoye with
taking into account proximity to infrastructure looks more perspective, than
"Gazpromneft-Vostok", considers mister Nesterov as at the last the
share of HTR grows (hard-to-recover reserve . – Ed) and assets are located
further from the pipeline", – "Kommersant" notes.
It is added that "Gazpromneft-Vostok" includes group of fields
with oil production and condensate about 1,7 million tons per year, in nine
months it made 1,3 million tons. According to information on the website of the
company, it is engaged in production and preparation of oil and associated
petroleum gas in the territory of the Omsk and Tomsk regions.
The Tsarichansky field is located in the Orenburg region, till 2023
"Gazprom Neft" will enclose in its development 39 billion rubles. For
the first six months of 2016 on Tsarichansky and next Filatovsk fields were
extracted 458 thousand tons of oil. The source of Kommersant considers that the
asset is interesting by the developed infrastructure, proximity to oil refinery
and potential entry of the partner into other projects in the region.
RIA Tomsk have no commentary of the company available.
