TOMSK, Apr
19 – RIA Tomsk. The administration of the Tomsk region and the Fund for
Infrastructure and Educational Programs (enters Rusnano group) will start in
the city of Asino the pilot project on reconstruction of treatment facilities
with application of nanotechnologies, the representative of the fund Maxim
Nevesenko told journalists on Wednesday.
Earlier it
was reported that in the Tomsk region with the assistance of the fund the pilot
project on repair of the inhabited five-storey building with the use of
nanotechnological materials is implemented. The new project will affect
25-thousand city of Asino. Asinovsky treatment facilities work since 1972, the
most part from them is in bad condition.
"We
support implementation of the project with the use of innovative materials. We
are ready to develop design and estimate documents according to which the
reconstruction will be made at the expense of the budget of the Tomsk region,
the municipal budget and private investors. The total cost of reconstruction,
by estimates of experts, will make 500 million rubles", – Nevesenko told.

He added
that the Tomsk region will become the pilot platform for working off of the
large project: "As the institute of development we are interested in
replication of the project. In Russia more than one thousand such objects are
the standard constructions made in the seventies. The Tomsk region the first in
Russia decided to go together with us in this direction, the region becomes the
innovator".
Nevesenko
explained that the project assumes capital repairs with the use of
nanomaterials which will increase service life of constructions and will make
them energy efficient.
"We
consider with the administration of the Tomsk region the possibility of
involvement of both the Tomsk developers of nanomaterials, and producers from
other regions of Russia. These are more than 15 companies proposing more than
30 solutions. For example, carbon composite tapes, innovative system of water
purification, composite pipes and so on", – specified the expert.

According to
the fund, in the project to strengthen concrete structures, carbon composite
tapes produced by the NanoCentre of Composites (LLC "NCC"), durable
composite reinforcement can be used. It is planned to use nanotechnological
waterproofing materials, composite fiberglass pipes, paints, energy-efficient
process equipment, filters based on nanotechnological membranes.
As the
deputy governor on construction and infrastructure Evgeny Parshuto commented to
journalists, the authorities expect that the project will make life of Asino
residents more comfortable.
"It is
the serious project. Here both private business, and municipality, and the
regional power which guarantees that the project will be realized are involved.
It is much said that it is necessary to involve private business in municipal
sphere. Unfortunately, the process is not going so fast. Such projects
connected with the use of innovative technologies I think, will be realized in
the Tomsk region", – he said.
