TOMSK, Apr 29 – RIA Tomsk. The administration of the Tomsk
region and the state corporation Rusnano prepare the agreement on collaboration
in children's science and technology park, senator from the Tomsk region Victor
Kress told journalists on Saturday.
Earlier it was reported that the Tomsk region became the winner of the
competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation
on receiving the federal support for creation of children's science and
technology park. The first laboratories for children were planned to be opened
until the end of 2016 in the building on Lenin Avenue, 26 in Tomsk.
"This week in the Federation Council passed "Days of
"Rusnano". And I heard that the state corporation is already working
with the Astrakhan children's technopark. Realizing that in May we will open
children's technopark, I asked how to include Tomsk in the orbit of
"Rusnano" interests. Next day I met with Chubais (the head of the
state corporation), he issued instructions", – the senator said.

He reported that now the administration of the Tomsk region and the corporation
start working on the agreement. In his opinion, by the time of opening of
science and technology park the official contract or the agreement may not be
prepared in time.
"But for me it's already a point of honor (to attract Rusnano). And I will
make all efforts to make Rusnano work with Tomsk", – emphasized Kress,
noted that it will allow to have additional opportunities and financing.
Also it was reported that the science and technology park – is the complex of
modern laboratories and workshops where children study, realize own projects
and participate in competitions. In the Tomsk science and technology park there
will be eight directions: robotics, space technologies, biotechnologies,
information technologies, industrial design, supplemented and virtual reality,
geoinformation technologies and aerotechnologies.
