Ballet" is opened in Tomsk; children from three years old will be able to
study classical art by a unique technique here, the press service of the
municipal administration reports on Wednesday.
It is specified that the school
which is opened in Tomsk is included into the international network of
choreographic children's schools "Russian Ballet". The program of
training is developed by the ballerina and the experienced teacher Irina
Chistyakova and also leading experts in children's psychology and medicine.
More than three thousand children of 79 schools of Russia, Kazakhstan and
Belarus already study by this technique.
"Children aged from three years old
are accepted in the "Russian Ballet" without preliminary selection.
Teachers-choreographers work with small groups that allows to form the program
of studies, relying on specific features and physical skills of each child.
Parents can see progress in abilities of the children at regular open lessons
and reporting concerts at the end of the academic year", – it is said in
the statement.
Also it is reported that young
citizens of Tomsk will study music basics and acting skills except
choreography. Individual training, in particular to receipt in educational
institutions of choreographic profile is also possible.
"The Russian classical ballet
became the true heritage of world culture. I hope that talented and
professional teachers of the Tomsk school will bring up many stars of the
Russian ballet which will glorify Tomsk and Siberia and will be able to conquer
